One child, one subject that you choose (all of its topics, or only the topics you pick) and every feature: lessons, practice, levels, school and Olympiad-style questions, writing practice, Auto Tutor, the weekly plan, and progress reports with the check-in in the app.

The trial also includes 6 full-length mock tests in that subject: 3 school papers in your board's format and 3 Olympiad-style papers (Hindi, Bengali and Moral Science have no Olympiad, so they get 3 harder Challenge papers).

No. You sign up with your email address (or Google) and start. You only share payment details if you decide to buy a plan.

When you choose to start it. You can sign up and look around any time; after you add your child, you pick Start free trial (or buy a plan straight away). That day is day 1, and the trial ends at 11:59 pm IST on day 14. On day 10 we send you a gentle reminder that it is about to end.

Nothing is charged, because you never gave us payment details. Your child's lessons, practice and mock tests lock, and they see a friendly "Ask your grown-up to unlock" screen. Parent Zone stays open, so you can still see progress and reports and choose a plan if you'd like to continue. Your child's progress is kept.

There is one free trial per parent account, for one child. A second child can start learning once you buy a plan. The 20% sibling discount applies when both children are on a paid plan.

No refunds once a plan is purchased. That is why every family gets a 14-day free trial first, with every feature, so you can decide before you pay.

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your child keeps full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The only exception: if you are charged twice by mistake, or charged for a payment that failed, we refund that amount. Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.

In the app, open Parent Zone → Plan & billing and cancel. Renewal stops straight away and access continues until the end of the paid period. No calls, no forms. If you pay by UPI AutoPay, you can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app. You can also email support@grinkif.com and we will do it for you.

Payments are handled by Razorpay, an Indian payment gateway. You can pay with UPI AutoPay, a debit or credit card, or net banking. Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year so learning isn't interrupted, or you can choose to pay by hand each period. You will see the amount and date before you confirm, and a reminder in the app 3 days before each renewal. Grinkif never sees or stores your full card number or UPI PIN.

Both children are on one family subscription with one billing period (monthly or yearly), and each child has their own plan. The second child gets 20% off, applied to the cheaper of the two plans (e.g. 1 subject + all subjects monthly = ₹239 + ₹599 = ₹838). A parent account can have up to 2 children; a third child needs a separate account. If a child is removed, the discount ends at the next renewal.

• Upgrade from 1 subject to all subjects any time: access opens immediately, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
• Downgrade to 1 subject, or switch between monthly and yearly: this happens at your next renewal.
• Change the subject on a 1-subject plan: once per billing period. Progress in the old subject is kept.

You get a 3-day grace period and a notice in the app. After that, learning pauses until the payment goes through; reports and progress stay safe, and everything resumes once you pay.

If we change prices in future, existing subscribers keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Yes. Share your personal invite link from Parent Zone. When a new family joins through it, finishes their free trial and makes their first payment, you get ₹100 Grinkif Credit for each child they pay for. There is no limit. Your credit comes off your next payment (you can switch this off), whether you renew automatically or pay by hand. Grinkif Credit can only be used for Grinkif plans; it is never paid out as cash or refunded.

Yes, the prices shown include GST. Razorpay emails you a payment receipt for every payment.

Classes 1 to 5, for CBSE and ICSE. You choose your child's board when you set up their profile, and you can change it later.

Maths, English, EVS / Science and Social Studies, General Knowledge, Computer, Moral Science, Hindi and Bengali: 688 topics across Classes 1–5. The exact list depends on your child's class and board, and you'll see it when you add your child. You can also choose which subjects appear for each child.

A short lesson with Chikiti explains the idea first. Then come the questions, and the level adapts to how your child is doing: Foundation, then Proficient, then Master. If your child gets stuck, they get a hint, then a second try, then the working step by step for Maths sums, or a clear explanation in other subjects.

Grinkif has Olympiad-style questions and full-length mock papers in the format of the Science Olympiad Foundation's IMO, ISO, IEO, IGKO and ICSO exams (Classes 1–4: 35 questions for 40 marks; Class 5: 50 questions for 60 marks), with an exam mode. Grinkif is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SOF, and practice does not guarantee a score or rank.

Yes. Tell us where the class has reached and learning starts from that chapter. A daily catch-up check then works back through earlier chapters, so gaps get found and filled.

Sessions are short by design. In Parent Zone you can set a daily time limit. Sound effects are switched off, so it's calm to use at home.

No. Grinkif is practice and revision that works alongside school. It follows the class syllabus so what your child practises matches what they are learning, but we don't promise marks or ranks, and nobody honestly can.

Grinkif runs in the web browser on phones, tablets and laptops, with nothing to download. You can add it to your home screen for one-tap access. There is no Play Store or App Store app yet.

Yes, Hindi and Bengali are subjects in their own right. Every question and lesson has a Report a mistake button, and we read every report.

Some hints, explanations, extra practice questions and writing feedback are written with the help of Google's Gemini AI. Right and wrong answers are decided by our own checked content, not by AI. When AI is used, only the class, board, topic, question text and interest words are sent, never your child's name or your email.

You choose how often: daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Reports appear in the app, with a note on the home screen and the full report in Parent Zone. They show what your child practised, what is going well, what needs work and how things compare with last time.

After each report you answer a few quick questions about whether your child is using what they learn at school and at home. It helps Chikiti plan the next stretch. If the check-in isn't done by the deadline you set, Auto Tutor switches on so study keeps going, and you are told. You can switch it off any time.

An opt-in mode where Chikiti plans each day's study for your child, moving across every subject and topic so they don't just replay their favourite. It is useful on busy weeks. Turn it on or off in Parent Zone.

Parent Zone can be locked with a PIN, so plans, settings, time limits and reports stay with the grown-ups.

Only what learning needs: your child's first name or nickname, class, board, chosen subjects and interests, and their learning progress. Your email is used to sign in and to contact you. There's no advertising to children, no selling or sharing of data, no chat and no public profiles or rankings. Read the Privacy Policy.
