Grinkif began with a simple wish: that every child in India could have a patient, cheerful tutor at their side, one that explains first, never makes them feel small, and keeps parents in the picture.
Our mission
Understanding first, marks follow
Young children learn best when an idea is explained clearly, practised at the right level and connected to real life. That's hard to do for every child, every evening. Grinkif tries to make it easy.
We build for Indian classrooms: the CBSE and ICSE syllabus, Indian names and settings, Hindi and Bengali as well as English, and the school and Olympiad exams families actually care about. And we build for Indian homes, where parents are busy and want honest, simple information rather than another app to manage.

Our story
Why we built Grinkif
Parents nowadays are busy with their own work: long office hours, travel, a home to run. We all want the children in our lives to have someone patient beside them every evening, going through their lessons. But on many days there isn't the time, or the energy left. Tuition helps, but it costs a lot, and it isn't always easy to know what your child has really understood.
I built Grinkif to be a patient helper at home for those evenings. Chikiti, our friendly green guide, teaches a short lesson first, then asks questions the way your child's school does. When your child is stuck, Chikiti gives a clue and a second try, and in Maths works through the steps together. Mistakes come back later until they're fixed. Grinkif follows the CBSE and ICSE chapters, includes Olympiad-style practice, and keeps you in the loop with simple reports and a one-minute check-in.
Grinkif stands for Growing Intelligent Kids for the Future. To me that means children who learn with curiosity, confidence and kindness, not just for marks. So between the questions you'll also find small habits: saying thank you, helping at home, drinking water, feeling proud of where we come from.

Meet Chikiti
A friendly green guide
Chikiti is Grinkif's mascot: a curious, kind little creature with a leaf-bud on its head, always its own shade of green. Chikiti explains, cheers, gives hints and celebrates every step, alongside eight animal friends from across India.
We chose a cartoon friend on purpose: children relate to Chikiti, and none of our pictures show real children.
